Organic preservative free wherever possible -
½ Cup Fresh Mango - chopped
1 Kiwi Fruit - skin removed
2 Sprigs of Mint
½ Cucumber
½ Cup of Ice
½ Cup of Filtered Water
Optional - Handful of frozen berries (antioxidant boost!)
