I used to live with debilitating health issues, brought to my knees with chronic fatigue, suffering with migraines, severe stress, IBS, glandular fever, skin rashes and more. It’s been a journey back to wellness that needed loving support and the right guidance to heal. By learning how to nourish ALL parts of me through food, mindset and lifestyle practices, I no longer suffer with poor health including the embarrassment and anxiety it would cause me.
