Holistic Health Coach & Nutritionist (MSc), fascinated by the planet, consciousness and the human condition. Healer. Earth, Music, Meditation Lover. Nourished by fresh food & gratitude.
Born and raised in Australia, I was blessed with a sun-kissed childhood, fish and chips at the beach was the best thing ever, balmy nights were a dream and a sweet tooth was my thing.
I went right to work after school and into a Corporate job. Fast forward and I’d spent many years overworking, eating processed food and partying like it was 99’ (every weekend!). I hurried through life with unresolved trauma suffering with recurring and debilitating illnesses - migraines, throat infections, crippling stomach pains, dizziness, chronic fatigue, candida and glandular fever (just to name a few!).
At the height of my health challenges, even doing simple things, like walking my dog and preparing meals felt hard and I lacked passion for life. A weight loss food service, that actually caused more harm to my health than good, fed my way through University while holding down my job because I didn’t have the time, energy or knowledge to eat well. I often had to take many days off work because I was sick, and anxiety about losing my job made things worse.
I saw numerous conventional Doctor’s who loaded me with antibiotics and said there was nothing wrong with me. I thought I was going mad.
It wasn’t until I wound up dangerously ill at a health retreat in 2011, and dove deep into the world of detox, meditation and natural healing that I realised (1) just how dreadful I actually felt, day in and day out, and (2) that with simple nutrition, lifestyle and mindset shifts, feeling energetic, healthy and full of life is possible! That experience changed my life. I was a new person - glowing from the inside out and with a deep understanding about what my body, mind and spirit needed to thrive.
And so, my journey and obsession with wellness began. With a curious mind and a passion for addressing the cause of my symptoms, I have:
Completely rid myself of ALL illnesses - even those that had persisted for many years - inspiring me to change my career path and commit to helping others be in optimal health to love living their lives.
Gone from waking up feeling awful and lethargic each day, to feeling full of energy, excitement and bliss (I’m one of those annoying happy morning people now!).
Trialed every cleanse under the sun (testing out theories and trying different ways of re-booting the system first-hand is one of my favourite things to do!). I have done an Indian Panchakarma.
Worked as a private Natural Health Chef at retreats.
Completed countless health and well-being courses. In 2020 I commenced a Masters in Nutrition to follow on from my Advanced Nutrition Therapy, Meditation Diploma and Women’s Health qualifications.

“I saw Kate for a private consultation as I was suffering from extreme fatigue. As a mother of two with a demanding corporate job, I was constantly tired and experiencing anxiety as a result. [After working with Kate], I now have a completely different outlook on life and with small changes done one at a time, I'm starting to feel energised and like myself again! I especially love Kate's warm, genuine and non-judgemental approach, and her simple take home plan that I could easily follow.” - Annette.
