This green delight is a Matcha latte... it's a nourishing boost for the system and a great alternative to coffee... Matcha contains a unique, potent class of antioxidant known as catechins!

For optimal health antioxidants are essential - they protect healthy cells from free radicals which cause damage.

 

Matcha Latte

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

Organic preservative free wherever possible -

  • 250ml Nut, Seed or Oat Milk

  • 100ml Hot Filtered Water

  • ½ tsp of Matcha

  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence

  • Pinch Salt

  • Sweeten to Taste (Raw Honey, Coconut Sugar, Maple Syrup or Stevia)

 

METHOD:

  1. Put milk on to heat slowly.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a mug adding hot water to form a paste.

  3. Add milk once hot.

  4. If using raw honey add once it's cool enough to drink. Enjoy!
