Tropical Smoothie - Vegan, Gluten Free

Prepare this smoothie for breakfast to boost your morning energy!

Tropical Smoothie

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

Organic preservative free wherever possible -

  • ½ Cup Fresh Mango - chopped

  • 1 Kiwi Fruit - skin removed

  • 2 Sprigs of Mint

  • ½ Cucumber

  • ½ Cup of Ice

  • ½ Cup of Filtered Water

  • Optional - Handful of frozen berries (antioxidant boost!)

METHOD:
