Matcha Latte
This green delight is a Matcha latte... it's a nourishing boost for the system and a great alternative to coffee... Matcha contains a unique, potent class of antioxidant known as catechins!

Matcha Latte
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
Organic preservative free wherever possible -
250ml Nut, Seed or Oat Milk
100ml Hot Filtered Water
½ tsp of Matcha
¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
Pinch Salt
Sweeten to Taste (Raw Honey, Coconut Sugar, Maple Syrup or Stevia)
METHOD:
Put milk on to heat slowly.
Mix remaining ingredients in a mug adding hot water to form a paste.
Add milk once hot.
If using raw honey add once it's cool enough to drink. Enjoy!
