Healthy Hot Chocolate
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
Organic, preservative free wherever possible -
1 Heaped Teaspoon Raw Cacao
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 to 2 Teaspoons of Honey, Maple Syrup or Agave (for completely sugar free use something like Stevia)
Pinch of Sea Salt
350ml of Nut Milk (use the amount that fills your mug - heat it up in a pan)
METHOD:
Pop all of the ingredients into a decent sized mug and mix with a little hot water to form a paste.
Then pour in your favourite heated nut milk. Stir and ENJOY!
