Apple Winter Smoothie
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
Organic preservative free wherever possible -
1 Apple
Slice of Lemon Flesh
1 tsp of Ceylon Cinnamon
¼ tsp of Nutmeg
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
250ml Nut, Seed or Oat Milk
100ml Filtered Water
Optional: 1 Handful Spinach/Kale, ¼ Cup Gluten Free Oats
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients, warm on stovetop.
