Apple Pie in a Mug (Winter Smoothie) - Vegan, Gluten Free

Apple Pie in a mug anyone!?

Extremely rich in flavonoids (phytonutrients) and dietary fibre, consuming apples reduces the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.

Apple Winter Smoothie

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

Organic preservative free wherever possible -

  • 1 Apple

  • Slice of Lemon Flesh

  • 1 tsp of Ceylon Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp of Nutmeg

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 250ml Nut, Seed or Oat Milk

  • 100ml Filtered Water

  • Optional: 1 Handful Spinach/Kale, ¼ Cup Gluten Free Oats

METHOD:

  1. Blend all ingredients, warm on stovetop.
